Our plan is to purchase a farm in the next 90 days. We are targeting the areas within an hour of Lexington, with the exception of the eastern side of Lexington, and might go up as far as near the border by Cincinnati. Ideally we are looking for between 30 and 100 acres, would prefer a water source on property, welcome homes on site, would love to have outbuildings in place and I am a licensed realtor handling the transaction.
